How to Use:
- Press the Record button on the calendar screen to move to the training menu screen.
- Select your training menu from options like "machine", "free", "self-weight", and "aerobic".
- Enter and save your basic training content. You can save it even if the training day has not been decided.
- You can choose to record training time per set and rest time between sets.
- Your selected training menu will be recorded on the date selected in the calendar.
- You can edit your recorded training by selecting it.
- On the scheduled training day, the part name will be displayed lightly in the calendar.
- Tapping on the training schedule record will automatically record it in the calendar.
- You can also record your weight to check the effectiveness of your training.
- You can view your recorded weight on a graph.
- You can check past training records from the recording screen. Tapping on a specific training will display a list of past records.
This app can automatically sync weight records from the health app.
