Machine, free, bodyweight, and cardio support! Easily record your muscle training with this muscle training calendar app.

<h2>How to Use:</h2>
<ol>
 <li>Press the Record button on the calendar screen to move to the training menu screen.</li>
 <li>Select your training menu from options like "machine", "free", "self-weight", and "aerobic".</li>
 <li>Enter and save your basic training content. You can save it even if the training day has not been decided.</li>
 <li>You can choose to record training time per set and rest time between sets.</li>
 <li>Your selected training menu will be recorded on the date selected in the calendar.</li>
 <li>You can edit your recorded training by selecting it.</li>
 <li>On the scheduled training day, the part name will be displayed lightly in the calendar.</li>
 <li>Tapping on the training schedule record will automatically record it in the calendar.</li>
 <li>You can also record your weight to check the effectiveness of your training.</li>
 <li>You can view your recorded weight on a graph. </li>
 <li>You can check past training records from the recording screen. Tapping on a specific training will display a list of past records. </li>

This app can automatically sync weight records from the health app.
